CerTracker was born at the intersection of exhaustion and determination.
As a nurse leader, Devin Patterson lived the reality too many clinicians face—juggling patient care, licensure renewals, certifications, compliance requirements, and endless paperwork, all while trying not to miss something that could put her license or livelihood at risk. The systems were fragmented. The processes were manual. And the burden always landed on nurses.
Instead of accepting "this is just how it is," Devin asked a different question:
